Aufguss Ritual
Join visiting Sauna Meister Nate Daubert in an Aufguss session at Saunaday. Nate is the first American fully certified as Sauna Meister by the Deutsche Sauna Akademie, bringing a foundation of rigorous sauna knowledge and technical mastery shaped by visiting more than 100 bathhouses across three continents.

Private Training Closure Notice
Saunaday will be closed from 9:00am–5:00pm for a private Sauna Meister Certification training.
This program is hosted in partnership with the Deutsche Sauna-Akademie. Previously offered only in German, this internationally respected curriculum is considered the gold standard of sauna education in Europe, training thousands of Sauna Meisters worldwide.

Begin Valentine’s Day in the most restorative way—surrounded by warmth and live music drifting through the bathhouse. The Vilasi Project, a harpist and flautist duo, will be joining us for the morning session, filling the space with soft, atmospheric sound that complements the rhythm of sauna, steam, and rest.
Whether you come solo, with a partner, or with a friend, this experience is designed to bring a sense of calm, self love, and connection to your day. No themes, no frills—just beauty, breath, and a gentle start to February 14.
