What we’re looking for:
Greet guests with warmth and authenticity, providing a seamless check-in experience.
Guide guests through our experiences and share house policies to enhance their experience.
Maintain the pristine ambiance of the space by assisting with light cleaning (heavy cleaning done nightly by a professional crew), towel & backbar restocking (majority of laundry done by off-site team), and ensuring all areas meet Saunaday’s high aesthetic and hygiene standards.
Assist guests with retail selections, beverages, and other wellness-focused amenities.
Work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
