MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

  • Benefits with Consistency: Studies show that regular practice supports nervous system regulation, better sleep, reduced inflammation, lymphatic flow, stress relief, and more.

  • Voucher Rollover: Unused vouchers roll over for one additional month, giving you flexibility during busier times.

  • Bring a guest: Share membership vouchers with accompanied guest(s)—or keep vouchers for yourself, and your guest can join at your discounted per-session rate. Please note: Member must be present at the session.

  • Retail and Beverage Discounts: Enjoy 5% off most bath, beauty, swim, loungewear, and beverage purchases. (Select exclusions apply, including Left on Friday swim and lounge wear.)

  • Membership Pricing on Additional Bathhouse Visits: Go beyond your included vouchers and receive a discount on additional bathhouse visits:

    • 5% off for 2-session members

    • 10% off for 4-session members

    • 20% off for 8-session members

  • Saunaday Upgrade Flexibility: Apply your Bathhouse vouchers toward Hinoki Hot Soaks, Infrared Sauna, or Private Suite reservations. Book your preferred service, and we’ll subtract the voucher value from the total.

  • NEW! Member Summer Hours: Weekdays Monday–Thursday, 7a–9p through the end of August, your member voucher includes flexible Bathhouse session duration. Rather than a standard 2-hour visit, stay as long as you'd like during your reservation—whether that's a quick reset before work or a leisurely afternoon cycling between sauna, cold plunge, and the lounge. Some days you'll stay an hour, some days you'll stay five. Accompanied guests are welcome to enjoy extended session lengths with you at their usual rate. No re-entry.

PAYMENT & TERMS

  • Billing & Credits: Your first month’s charge and voucher credits are applied at the time of purchase. Starting in month two, charges and credits will post on the 1st of each month.

  • Flexible Start: If your sign-up date is close to the end of a month (e.g., you join on Sept 27 and prefer not to receive another set of vouchers on Oct 1), email us at hello@sauna.day. We’ll adjust your next credit date to begin the following month (Nov 1 in this example).

  • Commitment: Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment, then continue month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice.

  • Holds: One hold per year, up to 30 days, is available for travel or medical reasons.

  • Guest Use vs. Transfers: Memberships are non-transferable. Vouchers may only be used by you or by guests who accompany you during your visit. Membership benefits cannot be used by a guest on their own.

  • 2 Bathhouse Vouchers Monthly: $105

  • 4 Bathhouse Vouchers Monthly: $199

  • 8 Bathhouse Vouchers Monthly: $350

  • Exclusively for You: Packs are for your personal use only. Unlike memberships, they cannot be shared with guests—accompanied or otherwise—and may not be transferred to another person. Pack vouchers are applied at check-out in alignment with this policy. If you book a guest, any available vouchers will remain reserved for your own visits and cannot be used toward their session.

  • Includes 2 guests per visit: Additional guests are $25 per person, and private suites are a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

  • 12-Months to enjoy: All packages expire 12-months from the purchase date. Need to extend? Reach out to our Front Desk at hello@sauna.day prior to expiration.

  • Exclusively for You: Packs are for your personal use only. Unlike memberships, they cannot be shared with guests—accompanied or otherwise—and may not be transferred to another person. Pack vouchers are applied at check-out in alignment with this policy. If you book a guest, any available vouchers will remain reserved for your own visits and cannot be used toward their session.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes! You can share your vouchers with any number of accompanied guests. Please note: the member must be present for the visit.

    If you’d like to keep vouchers for yourself, your guest can join you at your discounted member per-session rate.

    Note that this is for accompanied guests only—you can’t transfer your vouchers to another guest’s account.

  • Your first month is charged at sign-up. After that, your card will be billed on the 1st of each month. If you sign up at the end of the month, you can request to pause the next month’s billing while still using your initial vouchers—just email hello@sauna.day!

  • Your first month’s charge and vouchers are applied right away when you join. If you’d prefer not to receive another set of vouchers on the 1st of the following month, just email us at hello@sauna.day. We’ll adjust your billing so your next credit date starts the month after (for example, if you join on Sept 27, your next billing and vouchers would begin Nov 1).

  • Our communal Bathhouse includes a 5-step ritual: cedar salt scrub showers, steam sauna, cedar & aspen saunas, plunge, and relaxation lounge. For full details, please see our dedicated page for The Bathhouse experience.

  • Just book your preferred service. We’ll apply your voucher toward the upgrade and you’ll pay only the difference.

  • Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and may be cancelled online or in person at Saunaday with at least 30 days' notice.

  • Memberships may be placed on hold for medical or travel reasons; holds are limited to once per year up to 30-days.

  • No problem. Any unused sessions automatically roll over for one additional month.
