On Sunday, August 16, we're bringing a little Balearic spirit to the bathhouse—a slow morning of heat, cool water, music, and beautiful coffee designed to leave you feeling lighter than when you arrived.

Move through the bathhouse at your own pace, settling into the familiar rhythm of sauna, cold plunge, steam, rest, and conversation while ambient selections by Shami Sosa, founder of Chicago's Parallel Play, create a soundscape that gently fills the space without ever demanding your attention.

Between rounds, our friends at Nordskov Coffee will be serving an exclusive cold brew created specifically for Saunadays. Their signature drink—shaken with coconut water and fresh lime—will be available for purchase throughout the morning.

Simply arrive, settle in, and let the ritual unfold.
