Sunrise Solstice Sauna

  • Saunaday 315 S. Blount St Madison United States (map)

The longest day of the year begins in the bathhouse.

Join us before sunrise for a special early-morning bathing ritual welcoming the Summer Solstice through heat, cold, steam, rest, and light. Move through the full Saunaday cycle — salt scrub showers, hammam steam, Finnish sauna, cold plunge, lounge, and repeat — as the city slowly wakes around us.

There is something uniquely beautiful about the bathhouse at dawn. The atmosphere is quieter, softer, and more reflective. The contrast of hot and cold feels sharper. The nervous system settles differently. The ritual takes on a different rhythm before the pace of the day begins.

This year’s Solstice gathering also falls on Father’s Day weekend — making it a meaningful way to celebrate with a father, partner, son, friend, or simply carve out intentional time for yourself at the start of summer.

Whether you come solo or alongside someone you love, this session is designed as an invitation to begin the season grounded, restored, and fully awake.

Space is limited and advance reservations are encouraged.
