Meeting the Cold with Calm

  • Saunaday 315 South Blount Street Madison, WI, 53703 United States (map)

Does the thought of cold plunging stress you out? Are you working toward a better relationship with the cold—or with life’s stressors in general? Contrast therapy is physiologically powerful. When approached mindfully, it is safe, evidence-informed, and profoundly regulating. Join us for our Guided Cold Plunge event to learn how to tap into the restorative benefits through research-backed mindfulness techniques.

Led by Scott Anderson, from Center for Healthy Minds and Director of the Madison Tergar Community, each session blends mindful awareness with physical presence to help you cultivate clarity and resilience in the water and beyond.
