Meeting the Cold with Calm

  • Saunaday 315 South Blount Street Madison, WI, 53703 United States (map)

Does the thought of cold plunging stress you out? Are you working toward a better relationship with the cold—or with life’s stressors in general?

Designed to help you meet the cold with calm, this guided practice teaches you to breathe through discomfort, find focus, and strengthen your relationship with stress—one plunge at a time. Led by Scott Anderson, Director of the Madison Tergar Community, each session blends mindful awareness with physical presence to help you cultivate clarity and resilience in the water and beyond.
