Amy Pearce-Hayden, ERYT 500
Amy is an internationally recognized yoga teacher with over two decades of experience guiding students in breath, movement, and nervous system regulation. She has led trainings and taught across the U.S., and is known for bridging classical yoga with modern, practical application. Amy’s work focuses on helping people build sustainable, embodied practices that support clarity, resilience, and everyday life.
